All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor is also covered under the warranty, as long as we installed the product.

Warranty information is available in the installation manuals for the fireplaces. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Diamond will only service these products under the terms of the warranty. Diamond cannot authorize any changes to the warranty. Service charges will apply to any repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For more information please contact our Service Department.

We service what we sell. Regular inspection/maintenance is important for safe and proper operation of your fireplace. Our service work has a 1 month warranty on labor & 1 year on parts.

Service Calls

Clean and check residue on logs and burner if applicable
Clean and check blower system if applicable
Clean and test thermopile, thermocouple, and pilot assembly
Inspect door gaskets
Check flame characteristics
Clean face and interior (paint touch up, if necessary)
Clean Glass
Check Valves
Check ignition and switches (thermostat or wall switch)

RATES

$180.00 + Parts & GST (1st Hour Flat Rate)
$140.00 + Parts & GST – each additional fireplace.
$100.00/Hour + Parts & GST – Labour Rate past the first hour.
