Fireplace Installation & Maintenance
We don’t just sell fireplaces—we install and service them, too. Our certified team ensures your unit is installed safely and works flawlessly for years to come.
Our fireplace service includes:
- Pilot assembly, valves, blower system, and ignition checks
- Cleaning of logs, burners, glass, and interior
- Inspection of gaskets, flame characteristics, switches, and more
- Clean and check residue on logs and burner if applicable
- Clean and check blower system if applicable
- Clean and test thermopile, thermocouple, and pilot assembly
- Inspect door gaskets
- Check flame characteristics
- Clean the face and interior (touch up paint, if necessary)
- Clean glass
- Check valves
- Check ignition and switches (thermostat or wall switch)
Fireplace Service Rates:
$180 + Parts & GST (Flat rate, first hour)
$140 + Parts & GST (Each additional fireplace)
$100/hour + Parts & GST (After first hour)
Our small but mighty service team works hard and they are in great demand. Because we’re often booked well in advance, we recommend scheduling early to avoid disappointment.
NOTE: Please ensure your fireplace is completely cool and the area around the fireplace is clear before our service team arrives. Thank you!
We service what we sell, and we stand by our work, and parts are covered for one year. Manufacturer warranties also apply to all our products.
